We accept a cancellation of the order before the product is delivered or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped. Returns (if applicable)
We accept return products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are invoiced to the customer no more than once (including return). No consumption fee is charged for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or no refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
